Bahia terá semana cheia antes de decisão contra o Fluminense
O calendário do futebol nacional irá parar para a data FIFA. No entanto, a Copa do Nordeste terá sua definição ao longo dessa pausa. O Bahia, adversário do Fluminense na Copa do Brasil, é finalista do torneio, e terá duas partidas no período.

Finalista da Copa do Nordeste, o Bahia terá duas partidas durante o período da Data FIFA. A equipe decidirá o torneio contra o Confiança. A primeira partida será nesta quarta-feira, dia 3, às 21h30, no Batistão, em Aracaju. O duelo decisivo, por outro lado, está marcado para o sábado, dia 6, às 17h30, na Fonte Nova.
Fluminense terá semana livre
Se o adversário tem uma final para disputar, o Fluminense terá nove dias livres até a partida de volta da Copa do Brasil. O cronograma tricolor prevê quatro dias de folga, a fim de recuperar fisicamente os jogadores. A equipe retornará aos treinos na sexta-feira, dia 5. Renato Gaúcho exaltou a oportunidade de descansar os atletas em coletiva logo após o empate contra o Santos.
“O melhor treinamento pra gente agora vão ser esses quatro dias de folga que nossos jogadores vão ter. Todos os clubes tiveram férias, o meu grupo não teve férias, não teve folga. Então nesses quatro dias de folga, esse vai ser o melhor treinamento. Eles descansarem a cabeça, curtirem a família deles, curtirem o que deve ser feito. Na sexta-feira todo mundo volta pra gente voltar a treinar e a gente pensar no jogo de quarta-feira diante do Bahia.” declarou Renato.
Desde que retornou da Copa do Mundo de Clubes, o Fluminense tem um dos piores aproveitamentos do Brasileirão. Com apenas oito pontos conquistados em nove partidas, o Tricolor possui um aproveitamento de 29,6%. Este é o quinto pior desempenho do Brasileirão no período, superando apenas Sport, Bragantino, Fortaleza e Atlético Mineiro.
Fluminense x Bahia
Fluminense e Bahia se enfrentam no próximo dia 10, no Maracanã, pela partida de volta das quartas de final da Copa do Brasil. Após perder o primeiro confronto por 1×0, o Tricolor precisa vencer por dois gols de diferença para se classificar. Em caso de vitória pela diferença mínima, o confronto será definido nos pênaltis.
Para a partida, a tendência é de que o time baiano não conte com Jean Lucas, convocado para a Seleção Brasileira. O Tricolor, por outro lado, não deve contar com Soteldo, convocado pela Seleção Venezuelana.
