Posteriormente, o confronto será decidido no dia 23 de setembro, no Maracanã, também às 21h30. A CONMEBOL já definiu oficialmente os uniformes que serão utilizados em ambas as partidas.
Uniformes de Lanús x Fluminense
Para a partida de ida, em La Fortaleza, o Lanús é o mandante. Portanto, usará seu uniforme principal, com camisa, short e meiões na cor grená. O seu goleiro irá usar uma camisa laranja, assim como os meiões, e short na cor preta. O árbitro usará uma camisa azul celeste, com short e meiões pretos. O Fluminense, por outro lado, usará sua camisa branca, com short e meiões da mesma cor. O uniforme do goleiro Fábio será camisa, short e meiões na cor azul celeste.

Para a partida decisiva, o mando se inverte. Portanto, o Tricolor usará seu uniforme número 1, com camisa tricolor e short e meiões brancos. Fábio usará camisa, short e meiões roxos. O árbitro da partida usará camisa azul celeste, assim como os meiões, e short preto. A equipe do Lanús, por outro lado, usará seu uniforme alternativo, com camisa branca e shorts e meiões pretos. Seu goleiro usará camisa, short e meiões azul celeste.
Quartas de final da Sulamericana
Fluminense e Lanús se enfrentam pelas quartas de final da Copa Sulamericana. O confronto de ida ocorrerá em La Fortaleza, na Argentina, e está marcado para o dia 16 de setembro, às 21h30. Por outro lado, a partida de volta será no Maracanã e está marcada para o dia 23 de setembro, também às 21h30.
